#paid alternatives for creator ads and whitelisting
#paid does not publish its prices. Brands book a demo, and its terms and help center describe a subscription, creator fees, a spend minimum on every campaign and usage rights bought by the month, all without amounts. If you want creator ads and organic posts with the price on the page, Socialync’s UGC job board has no plan: 5% of agreed creator pay on organic jobs, counted at delivery, and 1.5% of attributed sales or 1.25% of ad spend on ads deals.
#paid prices and policies checked on October 23, 2026.
#paid fits a brand that wants a team to run its creator program: a strategist on every campaign, matched creators, creator handle licensing on Facebook and Instagram, and rights for display, print and broadcast. Socialync fits a brand that wants to run the campaign itself, pay creators directly after delivery and launch partnership ads or Spark Ads into its own ad account. If you want a managed program with a starting price on the page, Minisocial (from $3,000 for 10 creators, creator fees included) and Insense’s managed service (from $2,500 a month plus creator cost) are listed further down.
Socialync is our product. Every #paid fact here comes from #paid’s own site, terms and help center, checked October 23, 2026, with each source linked at the bottom.
Name check: this page covers #paid, the creator marketing company at hashtagpaid.com, run by Hashtag Paid Inc. in Toronto. #paid is also a disclosure hashtag creators add to sponsored posts next to #ad and #sponsored, so search results mix the two.

How #paid works
For brands
- You book a demo and get pricing from the #paid team. Enterprise clients can sign a Program Agreement for fully managed campaigns.
- You write a brief with budget, audience and deliverables. #paid matches creators from its network, and each one who opts in “raises a hand” with a short pitch. #paid says 92% of its matches are approved in the first round. Creators you contract submit a concept for your approval before they shoot.
- Profiles show stats from authenticated Instagram and TikTok accounts, audience demographics and life events such as a wedding or a new pet. You contract creators at their own prices.
- A strategist handles schedules and the back and forth. You approve concepts and content, and reporting refreshes every 24 hours, with brand lift studies on top.
- For paid ads, you connect your Facebook Business Manager and click License on a creator. #paid gives your business ad access to that creator’s Facebook page and Instagram handle.
For creators
- Creators join free, set their own rates and get opt-in requests when they fit a campaign. #paid’s help center says most brand campaigns are for US and Canadian creators.
- For licensing, creators add #paid as an admin in their Facebook Business Manager. Licensing usually runs 3 to 6 months.
- #paid pays creators once the work is validated, after a 30 day processing cycle, by direct deposit to a US or Canadian bank, or by PayPal.
Who pays whom
On #paid, you pay #paid and #paid pays the creators. Its brand terms list subscription fees, and creator fees charged to your card once you consent to a brief. Ad spend on creator licensed ads stays in your own Meta ad account.
On Socialync, creator pay never passes through Socialync. The brand pays the creator directly. US creators are paid on Socialync's pay page through their own Stripe account; elsewhere the two sides settle directly and Socialync verifies the delivery. Payment is due 14 days after delivery is confirmed unless you set another term.
Socialync bills its own fee on a separate monthly invoice. Socialync takes nothing from creator pay. Stripe's processing fee comes out of in-app payments, because the creator is the merchant of record.
#paid pricing
#paid does not publish its prices. hashtagpaid.com/pricing redirects to the homepage, and the brand sign-up leads to a demo form. What is public is how the charges are built.
| Plan | Price | Billing | What it includes | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Subscription | Not public | Renews month to month; 14 days notice to cancel, 30 for enterprise clients | Platform access and campaign tools, in tiers | hashtagpaid.com/terms |
| Managed campaigns | Not public; set in a Program Agreement | Campaigns run for you, for enterprise clients | hashtagpaid.com/terms | |
| Creator fees | Set by each creator | Charged to your card after you consent to the brief | The content, any posting, and one year of use on your own channels | hashtagpaid.com/terms |
| Campaign spend minimum | Required; amount not public | Goes to creators for content, posting and rights | hashtagpaid.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8453432536717--paid-Terminology | |
| Usage rights | Priced by the month by each creator | 10% off for 3 months, 20% for 6, 30% for 12 | Paid social from your handle, display, online video, print, broadcast, out of home | hashtagpaid.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8146379652365-Content-Rights-Explained |
Software directories such as Capterra run #paid pricing pages, but #paid’s own site publishes no price, so this page quotes none. Ask for a written quote on the demo call.
The brand terms (last updated May 16, 2024) also say fees are not refunded when a managed campaign or brief is terminated, and they ask brands to engage the creators from a campaign through #paid alone for 12 months. The creator terms carry a matching clause.

Fees: #paid vs Socialync
| Fee | #paid | Socialync | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform price | Subscription tiers; prices not public | $0 | You can work out Socialync’s cost from this page. #paid quotes after a demo. |
| Fee on creator pay | Not published | 5% of agreed creator pay on organic jobs, counted at delivery | Socialync’s fee is a separate invoice line and never comes out of creator pay. #paid publishes no margin to set beside it. |
| Creator ads | Creator handle licensing from a set number of licenses in your account; price not published | 1.5% of attributed sales or 1.25% of ad spend, never both | Socialync’s ads fee rises with your sales or ad spend, so a big month costs more. On both platforms, ad spend stays in your own ad account. |
| Rights past social | Display, online video, print, broadcast and out of home, bought by the month | No such option. Rights cover organic reposts, or paid ads under a licence you set, 12 months by default | If you need creator content on TV, in print or on billboards, #paid sells those rights and Socialync does not. |
| When you pay | Creator fees up front, when you approve the brief | Fee counted at delivery; you pay the creator after delivery | #paid collects before work starts. Socialync charges nothing until a job is delivered. |
Socialync's fee is billed to the brand on its own invoice, monthly. The full breakdown is on the brand pricing page.
#paid review for brands: what it reports
#paid’s own figures, quoted as published: 92% of creator matches approved in the first round, creator licensing on 80% of its campaigns, and creator licensed ads with 2.5 times the viewing time of branded ads.
It lists customer stories from Sephora, IKEA, INFINITI, Philips Hue and McDonald’s Canada, and calls itself a two-time 2025 Tech Stack award winner. The company is Hashtag Paid Inc. of Toronto, and its brand terms are governed by Ontario law.
Socialync has no published case studies yet. Its job board opens November 1, 2026.
Who should choose #paid, and who should choose Socialync
Choose #paid if
- You want a team to run it: a strategist on every campaign, the creator back and forth handled, and a results walkthrough at the end.
- You want creators matched to your brief on audience demographics and life events, and a concept to approve before anyone shoots.
- You want one vendor to contract and pay every creator.
- You need rights past social: display, online video, print, broadcast and out of home, bought by the month.
- You run creator campaigns on Snapchat. #paid’s help center covers Snapchat paid partnership pre-approvals, and Socialync does not post to Snapchat.
- You want brand lift studies and customer stories from brands such as Sephora and IKEA before you buy.
Choose Socialync if
- You want the price before a sales call: no plan, 5% of agreed creator pay on organic jobs at delivery, and $0 in a quiet month.
- You want to run the campaign yourself. Brands set countries, languages, niches, and minimum followers and average views per platform. Creators who do not clear the floor never see the job.
- You want to pay creators directly after delivery, with nothing paid up front.
- You want creator ads that pay on results. Whitelisting and Ads deals pay commission on sales, leads, clicks or views, with no base at delivery, for a fee of 1.5% of attributed sales or 1.25% of ad spend.
- You want to launch the ad yourself. Meta partnership ads and TikTok Spark Ads launch from Socialync into your own ad account. Socialync applies the creator’s TikTok code at launch, and if TikTok refuses it you paste it once in Ads Manager.
- You want stats from the source. Follower counts come from the creator’s connected account, and average views come from the posts they publish through Socialync, read from the platform API. No screenshots, no self-reported numbers.
- You want organic posts on eight networks, Threads, Bluesky and LinkedIn included, with unlimited revisions.
Three deal types run on the board: organic posts, whitelisting and partnership ads, and UGC videos for your own ads.

If you create on #paid
You can work on both. On Socialync, applying is free and unlimited, pay and usage rights sit on the listing before you apply, and the brand pays you directly. Socialync takes nothing from your pay.
#paid’s creator terms (updated March 6, 2026) say you engage the brands from a collaboration through #paid alone for 12 months, so read your agreement before taking a brand elsewhere. On Socialync, a free account works one job at a time and a paid plan works five. The marketplace is 18+ on both sides.
Questions brands ask about #paid alternatives
What are the best #paid alternatives?
For a managed program, compare Minisocial, Insense’s managed service and SideShift Managed. For commission on creator ads, look at Trybe. To run organic posts and creator ads yourself with no plan, Socialync’s UGC job board charges 5% of agreed creator pay on delivered organic jobs, and 1.5% of attributed sales or 1.25% of ad spend on ads deals. Socialync is our product.
How much does #paid cost?
#paid does not publish prices. Its terms and help center describe subscription tiers, creator fees set by each creator, a spend minimum on every campaign, and usage rights priced by the month with 10% to 30% off for longer terms. You get numbers on a demo call. Checked October 23, 2026.
Is #paid good for managing whitelisted creator ads?
Licensing is central to #paid: its help center says 80% of its campaigns license creator content. You connect your Facebook Business Manager, click License on a creator, and your business gets ad access to that creator’s Facebook page and Instagram handle. Licensing usually runs 3 to 6 months. Remove License pauses any live ads using the creator, and #paid removes the access when the collaboration ends. On TikTok, creators paste a Spark Ads code into the #paid inbox, and a Paid Media Rights tool covers Meta partnership ads. Prices for all of it come on a demo call. On Socialync, a Whitelisting deal pays the creator commission while you run ads under the licence, and you launch the Meta partnership ad or Spark Ad from Socialync into your own ad account. Socialync applies the creator’s TikTok code at launch, with a one-time paste in Ads Manager as the fallback.
What is #paid creator handle licensing?
#paid’s name for whitelisting: you run paid social ads from a creator’s handle with content they made for your campaign. The creator adds #paid as an admin in their Business Manager, and #paid grants your business temporary ad access. Meta’s own format is partnership ads, which show both the creator’s and the brand’s names on the ad. TikTok’s is Spark Ads.
What is #paid UGC?
#paid calls it Just Content: a creator makes photos or videos for you and does not post them, and you get 12 months of use on your own social channels, website, newsletters and blog. #paid’s help center says most creators price it about 20% below a posted deliverable. On Socialync, the closest match is an organic job where the creator delivers the file and you post it, paid flat or per post. For video you plan to run as ads, an Ads deal pays the creator commission on results, with no base at delivery.
Does #paid hold creator pay?
Yes. #paid charges creator fees to your card when you consent to a brief and pays creators itself on a 30 day cycle after the work is validated. Socialync never holds, sends or guarantees creator pay. The brand pays the creator directly. US creators are paid on Socialync's pay page through their own Stripe account; elsewhere the two sides settle directly and Socialync verifies the delivery.
Does Socialync manage campaigns for you like #paid?
No. Socialync has no managed service and no strategists. You post the campaign with your floor, creators who clear it apply, and you pick, review and pay them.
When does the Socialync job board open?
November 1, 2026 at 12:01pm Eastern. Brands can build campaigns before then, and founding campaigns go live the moment the board opens. Nothing is charged until a job is delivered.
