Use this form to report content distributed through Socialync that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. We acknowledge reports promptly and review them in good faith. For valid reports of non-consensual intimate imagery, we act within 48 hours.
Reporting suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM)?
Please also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org. NCMEC works directly with law enforcement. Filing here ensures Socialync takes down the responsible account; filing with NCMEC initiates the criminal-justice response. You should do both.
Removing nonconsensual intimate images
If an intimate image or video of you, or a realistic AI-generated ("deepfake") intimate depiction of you, has been shared through Socialync without your consent, you have the right to have it removed, including content in drafts, scheduled posts, and stored media. You do not need a Socialync account. We remove validly reported content within 48 hours of your request and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies. Select "Non-consensual intimate imagery" or "Deepfake" below, or email safety@socialync.io. A parent or guardian may submit for a minor, and an authorized representative may submit on someone's behalf. If the content was also published to another platform, we encourage you to report it there too, as that platform controls the published copy.
