Which platforms does comment management support?
Instagram, X (Twitter), Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bluesky. Each platform gets its own tab with full comment threads, and the All view merges everything into one place. Support for more platforms is on the roadmap.
Can I reply to comments directly from Socialync?
Yes. You can write and send replies inline without leaving the inbox. Replies are posted through each platform's official API, land in the right thread, and appear exactly as if you replied in the native app.
Do replies show up as coming from my account?
Yes. Socialync connects to your accounts through each platform's official API, so every reply is published from your own connected account. Your audience sees a normal reply from you, with nothing that looks automated or third-party.
What is the All view?
The All view groups comments by post across every connected platform. If you publish the same content to six platforms, you see it as one entry with the combined comment count, and every comment is tagged with its platform icon. It is the fastest way to catch up after a post goes out everywhere at once.
Can I moderate or hide comments?
On Bluesky you can hide and unhide comments on your posts directly from the inbox. Moderation tools for the other platforms are planned, within what each platform's API allows.
Which plan includes comment management?
Comment management is included on every paid plan, starting with Premium. Connect your accounts, open the Comments page, and your inbox fills in automatically. There is no extra setup.
