How does pricing work?
The base plan is $20/month (or $15/month billed yearly) and includes 5 connected social accounts of any kind. Beyond 5 you add accounts at graduated rates ($5/month each for accounts 6 to 15, $4 for 16 to 30, $3 for 31+), plus $10/month per extra collaborator (the first seat is free). For example, 5 accounts is $20/month; 8 accounts is $35/month. X (formerly Twitter) is limited to 1 account on the base plan.
What counts as a social account?
A social account is a single connected account. 1 connected account = 1 social account. Three Instagram accounts count as three. Every account you connect, on any of the 8 platforms, counts as one toward your total.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan costs $0 and needs no credit card: you get 5 posts every calendar month, refreshed on the 1st, across all 8 platforms. One publish counts as one post however many platforms you send it to, so 5 posts is up to 40 platform posts a month. Signing up does not start a trial. When you want unlimited posts, the paid plan is $20/month for 5 connected accounts, and you can opt into a 7-day free trial of it at checkout, where a card is required.
Can I add or remove social accounts and seats later?
Yes. Use the plus and minus controls to raise or lower your social accounts and seats at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
What happens to my scheduled posts if I cancel?
Posts scheduled through the end of your paid period still publish. After that, your queue pauses and nothing is deleted. Your scheduled posts sit greyed-out and ready, so they resume the moment you reactivate. You can also export your full calendar anytime.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts. Plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose to save), and you can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.
