Scheduling posts
The free plan schedules up to 2 months ahead; every paid plan schedules up to 12 months ahead. Times are set in your own timezone. The composer pre-fills a sensible slot (the next open time at 9am, noon, 3pm, 6pm that is at least 90 minutes from your other scheduled posts, up to 4 a day), and you can change it to anything.

Managing the queue
- The calendar shows every scheduled post per platform. Open one to edit the caption, media, platforms, or time, or to cancel it.
- Scheduled video is uploaded to each platform a little ahead of time because platforms take minutes to process video. The post appears at the scheduled minute.
- Posts publish from Socialync’s servers. Your browser does not need to be open.
If you cancel a paid plan
Posts scheduled through the end of your paid period still publish. After that the queue pauses and nothing is deleted: the posts sit greyed out and resume the moment the plan is active again.
