Changing, cancelling, and refunds
You can change your account count or seats at any time from Settings, prorated immediately, and cancel at any time with no contract or fee. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, scheduled posts through that date still publish, and nothing is deleted. There is no money-back guarantee; payments are non-refundable except where the law requires it.

Cancelling
- Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel. The dialog shows how many scheduled posts sit past your period end.
- Those posts pause at period end rather than disappearing, and resume if you reactivate.
- Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are cancelled in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, not in Socialync.
Refunds
The 7-day trial is how you try a paid plan without risk. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, write to support@socialync.io with the email on the account and the date of the charge.
