Deleting your account and data
Delete your account yourself from Settings: the Delete Account button removes your profile, brands, connected accounts and their access tokens, scheduled and completed posts, drafts, media, API keys, and notifications. Records we are legally required to keep, such as abuse reports and enforcement logs, are retained. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there.

Before you delete
- Cancel an active paid plan first if you do not want it to renew; deletion ends access but store subscriptions are managed by the store.
- Export anything you want to keep. Deletion cannot be undone.
- Posts already published on the platforms stay on the platforms. Socialync never deletes content from your social accounts.
