Connecting Facebook
Socialync posts to Facebook Pages. To connect, you need a Page you manage; a personal profile, including a profile in professional mode or labelled digital creator, is not a Page and has no publishing access through Meta’s API. If connecting ends with a message about permissions even though you granted them all, the cause is almost always that no Page was found.

Steps
- Create a public Facebook Page if you do not have one (facebook.com/pages/create). It can be for you as a creator; it does not have to be a company.
- In Socialync, choose Connect Facebook and sign in with the personal account that manages the Page.
- On Meta’s screen that asks which Pages Socialync may access, tick the Page. An unticked Page is invisible to Socialync.
Still failing
- Remove Socialync under Facebook Settings, Business integrations, then reconnect and tick the Page again.
- If Facebook asks you to verify your identity before posting as the Page, finish that in the Facebook app on your phone, then retry.
- If a video will not process, re-export it as MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio and post it again.
