Socialync is committed to the safety and well-being of all individuals, particularly children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform. This page outlines our standards, policies, and procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Socialync strictly prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, or text
- Content that sexualizes minors
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Any content that endangers the safety or well-being of minors
2. Prevention Measures
We take proactive steps to prevent CSAE content from appearing on our platform:
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to create a Socialync account
- Content submitted through our platform is subject to review and moderation
- We maintain and enforce clear community guidelines that prohibit CSAE content
- We cooperate with social media platforms' own safety policies and content guidelines
3. Detection and Removal
When CSAE content is identified on our platform, we take immediate action:
- Immediate removal of any identified CSAE content
- Immediate suspension of the offending account
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations as required by law
4. Reporting
If you encounter any content on Socialync that you believe constitutes CSAE, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

- NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org
All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.
5. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy result in immediate and permanent action:
- Permanent account termination with no option for reinstatement
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Filing a report with NCMEC
- Blocking of associated identifiers to prevent re-registration
