Posting from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor
Socialync has an MCP server, included on every plan, that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client draft, schedule, and publish through your connected accounts. Add https://mcp.socialync.io/mcp as a connector; the client opens a browser, you sign in, and you choose which brands it may manage. Nothing publishes until you confirm in chat or approve the draft in the app.

Two ways to connect
- OAuth (Claude.ai, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT): add the URL https://mcp.socialync.io/mcp, no keys. The client registers itself and you sign in with your Socialync account. Revoke it any time under Connected apps.
- API key (Claude Desktop config files, Grok Bot, headless agents): create a key on the API Keys page, one per brand, and send it as a Bearer header. You see the key once, so copy it somewhere safe.
What it can do, and the limits
- Text and image posts publish immediately to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky.
- Video, including TikTok and YouTube, goes out as a scheduled post, using media already in your Socialync library or a public video URL. A video file cannot be pasted into a chat.
- Scheduling window is your plan’s: 2 months on free, 12 months on paid.
- Daily cap on AI-created posts per brand: 5 on the free plan, 10 on paid plans. The free plan’s 5 posts a month apply through MCP too.
- It can read analytics and post history, check quota, validate a post before sending it, cancel a scheduled post, and draft X Articles. It cannot edit a scheduled post in place.
- Drafts sent to the app expire after 24 hours if not approved.
