Comments inbox and analytics
Paid plans include a comments inbox that reads and replies to comments on Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Bluesky, and LinkedIn from one place, and cross-platform analytics with top posts and period-over-period changes. TikTok and Facebook comments are not available: TikTok only offers comment management through its business advertising API, which Socialync does not use.

If a platform tab asks you to reconnect
Comment access is a separate permission from posting. An account connected before comment permissions were added, or one whose access expired, shows a Reconnect button in its tab; reconnecting grants the permission and keeps everything else intact.
