FAQ
How many collaborators can I add per profile?
As many as you need. Collaborators are billed as seats, with no cap per profile. Your first seat (the owner) is free; every teammate after that is $10/month, uncapped. Profiles themselves are free and unlimited, so an agency running 10 client profiles can put the same seats to work across all of them.
What roles are available?
Owner, Editor, and Viewer. The owner pays for the plan, connects the social accounts, invites people, and sets each person's role. Editors can post, schedule, and edit or delete scheduled posts on the profiles shared with them. Viewers can see those profiles' scheduled posts and analytics, and they cannot post, schedule, or edit. You set the role separately on each profile you share.
Do collaborators need to share my login?
No, and they should not. Each collaborator signs in with their own Socialync account and gets access to the profiles you grant. Revoke access at any time from settings without rotating any social platform passwords.
Can my client see posts before they go live?
Yes. Add the client as a Viewer on their profile. They sign in with their own Socialync account and see that profile's scheduled posts and analytics. Socialync has no built-in approval step, so the client sends feedback to your team and an Editor makes the change.
Is this good for agencies managing client accounts?
