FAQ
How many collaborators can I add per profile?
Up to 5 collaborators per profile, on top of the profile owner. If you manage multiple brands or clients, each profile gets its own collaborator slots — so an agency with 10 client profiles can have up to 60 seats total without a single seat-license tax.
What roles are available?
Owner, Editor, and Reviewer. Owners control billing and connections. Editors can draft, schedule, and publish. Reviewers can comment and approve drafts but cannot publish on their own. The role model is designed for the most common agency-client and brand-manager workflows.
Do collaborators need to share my login?
No — and they should not. Each collaborator signs in with their own Socialync account and gets access to the profiles you grant. Revoke access at any time from settings without rotating any social platform passwords.
Can I require approval before posts go live?
Yes. Toggle approval requirements per profile. Drafts route to the assigned reviewer or owner, who approves or sends back with comments. The post does not publish until someone with publish permission signs off.
Is this good for agencies managing client accounts?
