A qualification floor works like a filter set before the campaign goes live rather than a wish list read afterward. A brand states, for example, US-based, English-speaking, fitness niche, at least 5,000 followers on TikTok, and at least 2,000 average views per post. Only creators whose connected accounts clear every part of that floor ever see the job.
This flips the usual pitch process. Instead of a creator guessing whether their numbers are good enough and sending a cold pitch anyway, the floor answers that question before the job is even visible. A creator who does not see a campaign was filtered out by the floor before any person reviewed an application.
On Socialync's job board, the floor is checked against the platform data read from each creator's connected account: follower count and average views pulled straight from the platform API. Every job a creator sees is one they already qualify for.
